Imagine a group that combines the spirit of a biker gang, the resilience of the Avengers, and the boundless love of our furry friends. Meet the Unstoppable Dogs, a remarkable pack of six disabled dogs named Speedy, Zeek, Eddie, Pop, Elliot, and Bunnypop, who are living life to the fullest and inspiring everyone they meet.
Behind this extraordinary group is Debbie Pearl, a renowned dog trainer and rehabilitator, and Caroline Artiss, the CEO of Migos Dog, a Californian dog food company. Together, they have created a force to be reckoned with, proving that these “hot dogs” have the power to make a difference in the world.
Hailing from Huntington Beach, California, Debbie Pearl has dedicated her life to rescuing dogs, especially those with physical and mental differences. Through her nonprofit organization, Dream Fetchers, she matches special needs dogs with humans facing similar challenges. Debbie firmly believes that there is no obstacle too great when a friendly canine companion is by your side, especially when these dogs themselves have overcome tremendous adversity.
“At Dream Fetchers, our mission is to improve the lives of those around us,” Debbie explains. “We recognize and embrace the healing power that dogs possess. Their unconditional love, their unwavering ability to listen, and the peace they bring are some of the most potent forms of medicine in the world.”

To support their noble cause, Debbie has formed a team of “handicapable” dogs known as the Unstoppable Dogs. Each member of this remarkable group has their own heartbreaking origin story, having suffered abuse, abandonment, and neglect due to their unique physical conditions. However, despite their individual traumas, these dogs radiate positivity and a zest for life that is truly contagious.
The Unstoppable Dogs, consisting of Speedy, Zeek, Eddie, Pop, Kala, and Bunny Pop, all face physical challenges requiring the use of prosthetics and wheelchairs. But their disabilities do not hinder them in any way; if anything, they thrive in the face of adversity.
Upon rescue, Dream Fetchers provides them with extensive training, love, and care, completely transforming their lives. However, caring for older dogs with physical challenges is a costly endeavor, and the program relies solely on donations to sustain its operations.
In a bid to spread awareness about the incredible value these animals bring to the world and the profound impact they have on human lives, Debbie recently collaborated on a children’s book titled “The Unstoppables,” inspired by the dogs’ adventures.
Through this fun and engaging book, she hopes to educate children about differently-abled dogs and the immense joy they can bring into our lives.
The Unstoppable Dogs not only encourage humans to consider adopting disabled dogs by showcasing their happiness as they cruise on wheels or prosthetic legs, but they also bring immense joy to individuals of all ages, especially those with disabilities.
Their influence extends even further, with their own comic book tailored for kids, portraying them as true four-legged superheroes.
