Hi everyone! How can I change my dog’s ownership (I just adopted a dog from a friend). Been doing some research but still lost. Any comment is helpful! Thank you!
You can go to Dubai municipality, bring the current dog passport, copy of current owners ID, a letter from the owner. It’s a quick process, you’d be done in a few minutes.

You can either go to the vets as their database is connected to Dubai Municipality as well or you can directly go to Dubai Municipality.

Any vet can do it for you. You just need a letter (NOC) from the original owner and a copy of their EID.
