Meet Bunny, the courageous rescue dog from Mexico, whose incredible journey began in May, all thanks to Henry and Finn, a compassionate duo embracing the #VanLife while advocating for shelter animals.
Their passion lies in featuring adorable pups in search of their forever homes, and that’s when they introduced us to Bunny – a special dog in urgent need of surgery to have her hind legs removed.

Little did Bunny know that fate had something extraordinary in store for her. Henry and Finn, apart from their outstanding work in assisting dogs in need, are also Mercedes Benz van ambassadors during their Van Life escapades.
So, they decided to reach out to Mercedes-Benz and share their vision – to provide Bunny with a custom-made wheelchair that would rival any luxury car in comfort and style. The response from Mercedes was overwhelming; they instantly fell in love with the idea!
The heartwarming moment arrived when Bunny was invited to Mercedes-Benz of El Cajon for her very first test drive! The atmosphere was electric as she joyfully approached the cheering Mercedes-Benz staff and when Bunny finally settled into the driver’s seat, it was as if she was born to drive luxury cars.
But Bunny’s journey doesn’t end there; it marks a new beginning for her. With this heart-melting experience spreading like wildfire, she is sure to find a loving forever home in no time. Moreover, her story has brought much-needed attention to all the disabled dogs eagerly waiting for their forever families.
