July 6, 2023 at 1:15 pmwould like to share my experience with potential clients. few days ago I ordered cat grooming service (package 250 aed). I took my cat to the van and asked the guy to make my cat’s hair shorter. I left her with him. when I came back, I literally went to a deep shoke. He removed all her hair, only skin left. he did it without asking my permission, as he decided it will be better for her. the haircut looks so ugly, marks are left from shaving machine all over her body, I feel so sorry for my cat. she was so stressed. Even after all of this I still paid for their service 250 aed. they don’t have a shame. I went home and texted manager. such an unprofessional person, he didn’t even want to listen me, like he doesn’t care, only keep repeating that he is sorry and was telling to me that I need to be kind and understandable. I requested my money back, but he just offered me another free service. I would never use their service again and will tell about them to all my friends who have pets. terrible. this company needs to be sued by pets owners who went through the same experience. I found so many bad reviews about them on internet. they literally just take your money and after that they don’t care. don’t repeat my mistake and if you see that they did their job unprofessionally don’t give them even single dirham. I will share with you photos of my poor cat and post this review all possible platforms.
