We carefully designed our facility with nothing but the safety and comfort of all our dogs in mind. Here are our few facility highlights:

• Well-Thought-Out Indoor Green Play Area - We have two (2) play areas with artificial grass designed with proper drainage system, making sure to keep the grass clean and hygienic at all times. It is installed with drainage mat beneath the grass and the floor itself is slightly sloped, making the water run all the way to the drainage line.
• Soft Flooring Play Areas - We have three (3) play areas installed with premium quality sports flooring. It is non-slippery, waterproof, and soft with shock-absorbent ability to minimize the impact on dog's joints when running and jumping.
• Dedicated Rest Areas - We have three (3) separate rest areas where dogs can snooze and recharge for the next action and adventure.
• 100% Guaranteed Chlorine-Free Indoor Swimming Pool - We are using UV sanitation and Ozone purification. UV sanitation is a powerful disinfection method that could even kill pathogens that are chlorine-resistant. Ozone purification on the other hand, is the most effective FDA-approved water purification method that destroys microorganisms and halts accumulation of deposits in the water. Both methods are controlled by our building automation system.
• Well-Monitored Air Quality - Carbon dioxide level is closely monitored and controlled. High carbon dioxide level can cause poor air quality that can lead to health illnesses such as respiratory distress.
  Automated Facility - Our facility is equipped with a state of the art building automation system ensuring optimal control of the temperature and carbon dioxide level without human intervention.
• Not Crowded - We strictly follow our ratio of 1:6 (1 handler for every 6 dogs) to ensure that every dog gets individual attention, highest quality care, and right amount of rest time.
