Help Yanni Animal Welfare Make a Difference in the UAE
Yanni Animal Welfare, a registered non-profit organization in Dubai, is seeking support for their initiative, Have_Mercy_Feed_Us. The volunteer-based association is made up of individuals from various nationalities, religions, and colors who share a love and respect for animals.
The primary responsibility of the group is to improve the lives of community animals in the UAE. They have initiated feeding programs since 2019 with well-organized feeding stations in some areas like EXPO2020 city, following the UAE government’s humane vision and the granted license to feed cats.
Yanni Animal Welfare’s activities also include community awareness, sheltering abandoned animals, getting them adopted, and defending against animal abuse.
The group is seeking partners or supporters to donate food supplies for animals and special needs pets at their private shelters, sanctuaries, or community feeding areas, as well as pet litters and accessories supplies if available. They are also seeking financial sponsorship of an activity or event of your choice.
Yanni Animal Welfare is facing huge challenges that require funding to invest in sustainable income sources. They are humbly requesting one-time contributors or long-term sponsors to support their journey.
The group is committed to changing the lives of animals for the better and raising social awareness towards animal welfare.
They communicate with governmental authorities for better legislation in the UAE and take legal actions against animal negligence/abuse/homicide.
They feed stray animals, mainly cats, and provide rescues and medical care for sick and injured animals. They also foster abandoned or special cases until being adopted and organize social activities to raise support.
