Molly, a playful 11-month-old golden retriever, captured her family’s hearts the moment they adopted her. But on October 27, their worst fears came true when Molly accidentally got out and went missing. They tirelessly spread the word across social media, only to receive devastating news later that night: Molly had been hit by a car.
A kind passerby discovered Molly injured on the roadside and quickly took her to City Vet Clinic, who contacted her family. Rushing to her side, they found her with deep wounds on her legs. After bringing her to the pet hospital, the vets informed them of two options: attempting to save Molly’s leg or, if her injuries are too severe, resorting to amputation.
Currently, Molly is under intensive care, and the family faces two options: attempt to save her leg or, if too damaged, consider amputation. However, saving her leg is costly, and her family is reaching out to the pet-loving community for support to cover her treatment.
Every donation, share, or kind thought counts as they work to help Molly heal and get her back on her paws. If you’d like to support, please contact 050 249 61 00 or 056 222 73 08. Let’s rally together to give Molly the best chance to run and play again!
