1/2 tsp Honey (runny)
30 Dried cranberries
Direction
Preheat the oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / Gas mark 5. Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour and oats. In a separate jug, whisk together peanut butter, honey, egg, and water.
Create a well in the flour and pour in the peanut butter mixture. Use a palette knife to bring it all together into a stiff dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 4mm thickness. Cut out 30 rounds with a 5cm plain cutter. Place the cookies on the baking sheets with some space between them.
